Mark Sherman
As General Manager of BBN's Boomerang Division, Mark Sherman relies on his three decades of experience in technology procurement and licensing in the government sector to guide the transition of BBN's government-funded research and development to military end-users.
Mark's 20 years at BBN in variety of increasingly responsible positions have given him a deep understanding of all aspects of technology development and transition. Since 1998 Mark has served BBN as a Vice President and most recently led our contracts, security, and purchasing organizations, where his cool head, sound judgment and expertise, and ability to build effective teams earned accolades from both customers and staff.
For ten years prior to joining BBN, Mark worked at Stone & Webster Engineering and General Electric (formerly RCA) in various contracts positions. Mark earned both bachelors and masters degrees in economics from Northeastern University.
