optimization to develop an innovative new analytics solution. Our mission is to
make call centers satisfying for callers and efficient for the companies that operate
them.

internets. Sponsored by the National Science Foundation, GENI opens
up opportunities for researchers to understand global networks and
their evolving interactions with society, innovate at the frontiers
of network science and engineering, and transform the science of
network research and the larger world of communications. The National
Science Foundation chose Raytheon BBN Technologies to operate the GENI Program
office, which is responsible for project management and system
engineering. In this role, Raytheon BBN is coordinating an unprecedented
collaboration between industry and academia, bringing together
researchers from diverse backgrounds to work together to transform
research and accelerate the potential for ground-breaking innovations
in global networking.
